Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 April 2026

By using swissbrix.com, subscribing to the newsletter, or watching content on the connected social channels, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English and you should read them once.

1. What Swiss Brix is

Swiss Brix is an independent publication that analyzes the LEGO secondary market. Daily and weekly content is generated from publicly available data sources (Brickset, BrickEconomy, LEGO.com) and presented in writing, in email digests, and in short videos on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

2. Not financial advice

Important. Everything Swiss Brix publishes is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, brokerage recommendation, or solicitation. We are not a licensed financial advisor. Buying LEGO sets as an investment carries risk — including the risk that a set's market value falls or never appreciates, the risk of physical damage, the risk of counterfeits, and storage costs. Make your own decisions; consider consulting a licensed advisor before committing meaningful capital.

3. Accuracy of data

We do our best to surface accurate information, but data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors, lag, or be out of date. Forecasts are predictive and have no guarantee. Set retirement dates, prices, and market values can change without notice. Always verify a set's current price and status with the retailer or marketplace before transacting.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links on swissbrix.com lead to retailer or marketplace pages through affiliate networks (Awin, Amazon Partnernet, others). If you complete a purchase after clicking an affiliate link, Swiss Brix may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate revenue helps fund operations of the site and the newsletter; it never influences which sets we cover or how they are scored.

5. Acceptable use

You may freely read swissbrix.com, share its links, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not:

6. Trademarks

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse Swiss Brix. Brickset and BrickEconomy are independent of LEGO and of Swiss Brix; their trademarks belong to their respective owners. Swiss Brix references these names solely for descriptive purposes.

7. User-submitted content

If you reply to a Swiss Brix email, comment on social media posts, or otherwise communicate with us, we may quote your message anonymously in aggregate (e.g. "readers asked about retirement timing this week"). We will not publish your name, email, or any identifying detail without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Swiss Brix and its operators are not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, that arise from acting on information published on the site, in the newsletter, or in social media content. Your investment decisions are yours alone.

9. Termination

We may discontinue Swiss Brix, the newsletter, or any social channel at any time. We will give reasonable notice via the newsletter where practical.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Switzerland.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter and reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of swissbrix.com after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
